1. Product Description

This Terms of Purchase & License Agreement applies to all digital products sold by Essential Accounting LLC under the AI Workflow Series, including but not limited to the Cash Flow Forecaster Kit, the Budget Builder Kit, and any future kits released under this series. Each product is referred to herein as 'the Kit.'

2. All Sales Are Final

Due to the instant-access, digital nature of this product, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the product has been delivered. By completing your purchase you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

3. License — What You Can Do

Your purchase grants you a single-practice license to use the Kit within your own accounting or financial consulting practice. You may use the Kit on an unlimited number of your own clients.

4. License — What You Cannot Do

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, share, or transfer the Kit or any of its contents — including prompts, questionnaires, checklists, or systems — to any third party. You may not rebrand or repackage the Kit's content and sell or distribute it as your own product. Violation of these terms may result in legal action.

5. Intellectual Property

All content contained in the Kit — including but not limited to prompts, questionnaires, checklists, workflows, and systems — is the proprietary intellectual property of Essential Accounting LLC. Your purchase grants a limited license to use, not ownership of the content.

6. Disclaimer of Results

The Kit is a professional tool designed to assist qualified accounting professionals. Results will vary based on the quality and completeness of client data provided, the industry of the client, and how the tool is used. Essential Accounting LLC makes no guarantee of specific financial outcomes, model accuracy, or client results from use of the Kit.

7. Use of Your Information

Your purchase information will be used to deliver the product and send relevant communications. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
